       Resort Terms & Policies

• All Prices are in Thai Bath.
• Prices are included government taxes where applicable.
• There is no service charge levied on the room rate.
• This room’s price does not include breakfast.
• Please provide your ID/Passport when checking in. Payment for rooms including key deposit must be completed in advance.
• Either 500 THB/room or original passport is required for key deposit. The key deposit will be returned to you upon check-out, as long as the room has not been damaged and the key has been returned.
• Check-in time is 2:00 pm, Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
• Check-out time is 12:00 p.m.. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 50% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 5:00 p.m. and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 5:00 p.m.
• All room types could accommodate 2 persons plus only one extra bed if required except Standard room type (no extra bed).
• Children (0-10 years): Stay for free if using existing bedding. Maximum two children per room only. Children over 10 years old are considered as adults.
• Extra bed is 400 THB per day.
• Credit Card is accepted at 3% charge.
• The resort is pleased to serve guests with well-furnished accommodation; but any damaged or lost personal belonging is beyond our responsibility. Please take care of your valuable items. Safe deposit box is available at lobby for 20 THB/visit.
• The resort allocates our space to offer guests the convenient parking; but does not cover any costs associated with any damages or missing property occurring to the vehicle.
• Airport Transfer is 300.-/car.
• Cooking inside the room is not allowed.
• No pets and animals are allowed.
